ΤΗΕ ROLE OF THE ORTHODOX CHURCH
The
First-Created acquired the Holy Spirit from the moment they received
the "breath" of God. I am sure you remember from the Old
Testament, where it says that God breathed into their faces "breath
of Life".
This breath of Life is not the soul, as some people
think, but it is the Holy Spirit, which was given to man by God after
giving them their body and soul. It was the Holy Spirit, which
connected and kept them in constant communion with God.
